Its primary responsibilities encompass managing relationships with foreign universities, international organizations, and agencies. Additionally, the office is responsible for promoting, planning, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating international cooperation plans, programs, and projects. By fostering effective international collaborations, the office strives to enhance the quality of teaching, research, and extension activities at Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá (UTP)."
Academic Visit of Students from the Xochicalco

The purpose of the visit was to generate academic and experiential experience among students in logistics, economics and international trade. In addition, to promote cooperation and integration between universities, cultural and knowledge exchange, key aspects in the search for educational excellence and institutional positioning at the international level.
Coil Courses with the Universidad Cooperativa of Colombia (UCC)

On May 17 and 19, mirror class sessions were held between the Universidad Tecnológica de Panamá (UTP), Chiriquí Regional Center, and the Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia (UCC), Neiva and Ibagué. The initial topic of collaboration was "Artificial Intelligence in Sustainable Engineering", dictated by Dr. Vladimir Villarreal, professor of the Faculty of Engineering in Computer Systems (FISC) and coordinator of the Research Group in Emerging Computational Technologies (GITCE), through which the collaboration link is established and which is dedicated to the development of solutions in areas of applied research, associated with problems of the social environment, projects presented during the class, linked to the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030.
